How perfectly appropriate that these portraits are being posted on Thanksgiving!  I do not believe there to be two people who have generated more gratitude in their loved ones than these two.  You may even recognize these "Little Miracles".  These former preemies spent three long arduous months in the NICU before they finally came home to Mommy and Daddy.  So many weeks I prayed for them.  Never in my wildest dreams did I think the day would come when I would be breaking a sweat trying to keep up with them.  Actually, I was trying to get away from them.  Specifically that young woman.  She is a vivacious one!  She set her sights on my camera and wasn't going to give up until her little mac-n-cheese fingers claimed their reward.  And the little man?  I didn't think that many facial expressions were possible.  He could tell a story just through his smiles and smirks alone.  What an absolute honor and joy.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
