Camden County Wedding Photographer | Easy Love

One part of the process of getting to know a couple as we prepare for their wedding is the engagement session.  It's such a unique experience.  Photographing a couple for their engagement photos allows me to study them in a no-pressure no-stress situation.  Not that weddings are EVER stressful.  They are nothing but joy and love with nary a moment where my camera breaks, I misplace a memory card, a wedding guest blocks my shot, I lose a grandmother, or a groomsman threatens me bodily harm if make him pose for one more picture in 95 degree heat.  None of that every happens.  Regardless, the engagement session allows me to see how the loving couple interact both physically and emotionally.  I get to observe the nuances of their relationship so when the big day comes, I know exactly how to guide them to love on each other during our formal portraits.  Or when my assistant is frantically trying to find a wayward Grandma. Not that that has EVER happened.  ;)

This couple was about as easy as it gets.  Their love and devotion is so much a part of their identity as a couple, it was not hard at all for me to capture the way they are most comfortable expressing their massive love for each other.

Every way!

I loved it.  Whether they were holding hands, stealing smoochies, nuzzling necks or just smacking mosquitos off each other's faces (oh yeah, it happened), the passion and love that is so omnipresent in their relationship was incredibly easy for me to document.

I love beautiful people who love to love on each other. And slap mosquitos off each other. My job is so easy.
