The first time I met this little man, I thought he was adorable.  The second time I met him, I thought he was irresistible.  Now, having had the pleasure of photographing him for a third time, I have decided:  he is officially The Cutest Baby on the Block.  I wish all of you could meet him in person.  Babies don't come any more pleasant than this.  He is probably the easiest subject I have ever photographed.  And look at those blue eyes!  I've never met anyone whose eyes sparkle like that, no matter what the light is!  I literally could go on for hours telling you how great and funny and adorable and sweet and endearing he is but I am just going to let you see these pictures as I know he is going to bring a smile to your face.  It's part of his duty as the reigning Mr. Cutest Baby on the Block.
