Do you know what I love?  

Photography.  Duh.  

But do you know what else I love, can't get enough of, want to immerse myself in everyday?  

Weddings.  

I love everything about weddings.  I love planning them, I love attending them. I love watching them on TV and yelling at the bride to make a decision on her dress or throwing my hands up in the air at the choice of color scheme for a reception.  Heck, I had a pretty decent one that was just about everything I dreamed.  

Pretty ironic that wedding photography was something that I initially had NO interest in.  I know, I'm a conundrum wrapped up in an enigma.  Actually, I'm not.  Wedding photography is NOT easy, nor is it for everyone.  

But...ohhh..is it for me.  Why?  Because I get to spend my days with people like this!  To say I was blessed to photograph this couple is about the biggest understatement I can make.  The moment I met the bride, I hoped and prayed she would choose me as her wedding photographer.  Her spirit is so warm and friendly, her smile is so infectious, she is the kind of person you want to spend the day with because she just is such a source of sunshine.   The sparkles in her eyes, her laugh, it's pretty easy to see why someone was so eager to put a ring on it.  

And him?  Charming, handsome, kind, caring.  A perfect match for such an exquisite bride.   But he takes it to a whole new level.  Guess what this man CHOOSES to do as his occupation?  Lawyer?  Teacher?  Short Order Cook?  

How about...protect us.  Protect our nation.  Protect our lives.  Semper Paratus.

Yep.  He is in the Coast Guard.  

Hmmm...Coast Guard Groom?  Outrageously Beautiful Bride?  Can they get married NOW??? 

And thank you to this wonderful couple for introducing me to the AMAZING Batsto Village!  Apparently I am the only resident of South Jersey to have never heard of it but I think I am in love!
